Offices and office buildings are the second home of most of the working class. It is where they spend most of their time in order to earn and provide for their respective families. Since it has become their second home, these offices afford its occupants with the amenities that make them feel closer to home. Most offices have pantries where employees can have coffee, take their lunch and enjoy afternoon breaks. There are also office lockers where the staff can keep their belongings and their valuables. A locker is important and an essential amenity since it can provide temporary shelter to the employee’s things and properties. Most of these are steel lockerswhich are also equipped with lock systems to secure the things that are kept inside.
Aside from lockers, some offices or office buildings have recreational areas where employees can take time out from their daily routines. Some also have day care centers where those employees with children can leave the kids to the care of the teachers while they go to work. These are just some of the amenities available for every employee to take advantage of, so that an 8 to 5 job won’t be that boring anymore.
